“Leider war ich total enttäuscht . Gbucht hatte ich am 5.2.26 um 15:00Ur / Gültigkeitstag 5.2.026 für € 16,90 für keine Stunde an einem Tag. Dachte das gilt ab einlösen vor Ort 24 Stunden . Als ich das bemerkte und es stornieren wollte wurde angezeigt da sich das bis 24:00 am 4.2.2026 hätte mache können. Was für ein Irrwitz. Buchung am 5.2.2026 und stornieren können nur tags zuvor. Ich hatte nach dem Ankommen mit dem Flieger in Wien weitere € 5,20 zahlen müssen um an die Stelle zu kommen wo ich denn noch von 23:00-24:00 Uhr am 5.2.2026 die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benutzen konnte. Diese hätten mich lediglich € 3,20 gekostet…”

“We had a very enjoyable experience using the FlexiPass across 5 venues. Easy to pick up the pass near the Opera (we booked in advance). Hop On Hop Off bus is run by the Vienna Sightseeing company behind the FlexiPass and so worth it as one of the options. We also used the FlexiPass seamlessly at the Belvedere, State Opera Tour, and the Sisi Museum at the Hofburg.”

“Very handy to have the tickets for the palaces pre booked so I didn’t have to queue at the ticket office. Staff on the hop on/off bus tour were brilliant. The routes were good too”

“É andato tutto bene tranne il fatto che al Palazzo Belvedere non volevano farci entrare perché era pieno e non gli importava il fatto che avevamo il Vienna Epass. Pertanto spero che l’azienda prende provvedimenti perché se ho il pass non devo essere messo a paragone con le altre persone che non hanno il Pass altrimenti non avrebbe senso acquistarlo. Per fortuna dopo aver fatto un po di storie siamo riusciti ad entrare soprattutto per vedere il Bacio di Klimt.”

“It is ok if you rush from one attraction to the other. Note: The hop on/off bus is yellow, not brown. It does save a bit but not that much.”
