“Well, first off, this was advertised as a “Small Group tour”. It was anything but a small group. I would never had signed up for this tour had I known there would be such a large group. There were several times where the group was separated due to stop lights and not all could make a green light. Because of being separated, information was missed given by the guide since myself and husband were at the rear. On a positive note, the guide was pleasant.”

“Let me begin with what was definitely not a highlight of this 4 person 4 hour tour- that of a trash incinerator. Given all the things to see in Vienna, this wasn’t one of them. The smell will linger… Now on to safety equipment or lack of it. The bikes we had lacked bells, water bottle holders, and helmets were not offered. Two minutes into the tour a participant asked for a helmet (the tour guide was the only one of the 7 of us (reminder it is a 4 person tour)). She was told- did you ask for one? Not exactly safety focused. Next the tour was nearly 50%…”
