“Nice tour to the Danube valley that included stops in three villages and the Melk abbey. The guide was knowledgeable and provided a lot of useful information about the area and its history. My only issue with the tour was the too long self time. I would prefer one or two more stops, for example, in the old walled churches instead of free time in another pedestrian zone with Christmas market”

“Hallstatt is absolutely stunning! The tour guide was knowledgeable and gave enough information but not so much it was boring. Always willing to help and gave some good advice on what to do in Hallstatt. Must do is the skywalk. The funicular costs €22 but is well worth it. You can rent a small boat for €30 for 30 minutes. You then have enough time to walk through the town itself. Transport is a 3 hour coach ride. I'm 6'5 so did struggle for space. But if you are not a larger person, it will be fine. This trip is 100% recommended. It's the highlight of my trip to Austria!”

“I selected an English speaking tour but it seems that Viator is now combing English and Spanish speaking together. This should be communicated when booking. They should also let you know how long the bus ride will be. I may not have taken the tour if known it was 4 hours there and back. And in MY opinion, the tour guide talked on and on and on.”

We were walked throughout much of the city and highlights were all pointed out along the way.
