“Near pickup time, this company messaged me that two different drivers were on the way to pick up my daughter. That was confusing so I messaged back - no response. Over 30 minutes later, my daughter was at the pickup point and there was no driver holding a sign with her name as specified in the pickup instructions. I again messaged dispatch, nothing. Eventually, my young solo traveling daughter found someone who said he was her driver but she was wary of getting into the car bc he could have been anyone. This was not the comforting and comfortable experience we were hoping for.”
